PostStream AI (“we,” “us”) is a social media scheduling tool. This policy explains what information we collect when you use the app, why we collect it, and how it's handled.

Account information: your email address and authentication credentials (or your Google account identifier if you sign in with Google).

Connected social accounts: when you connect a platform (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, YouTube, Threads, Pinterest), we receive and store an OAuth access token — encrypted at rest — and basic profile information (account name, handle, profile picture) needed to publish on your behalf.

Content you create: post text and any images or video you upload to be published.

Billing information: if you subscribe to a paid plan, payment is processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your card number.

Usage and diagnostic data: aggregate product-usage analytics and error reports, used to keep the service reliable.

To publish content to the social accounts you connect, at the times you schedule.

To authenticate you and keep your account secure.

To send transactional email — including alerts if a scheduled post fails to publish.

To process subscription payments and manage billing.

To diagnose and fix reliability issues.

With the social platforms you explicitly connect — solely to publish the content you schedule.

With service providers who operate the app on our behalf (hosting, email delivery, payment processing, analytics, error tracking), under obligations to protect your data.

We do not sell your personal information.

Connected-account tokens are retained until you disconnect that platform or delete your account. You can disconnect any platform at any time from Settings.

Deleting your account removes your stored data, including connected-account tokens, within a reasonable period.

OAuth tokens and other sensitive credentials are encrypted at rest. Access to production systems is restricted to those who need it to operate the service.

You can access, correct, or delete your account data, and disconnect any connected platform, at any time from within the app. To request a copy or deletion of your data directly, contact us using the address below.

PostStream AI is not directed at children and is not intended for use by anyone under 16.
