Terms of Service

Last updated August 22, 2026

Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using PostStream AI (“the service”), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

What the service does

PostStream AI lets you connect your own social media accounts and compose, schedule, and publish content to them. We act on your behalf only for the actions you initiate — scheduling and publishing the content you create.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

You must be legally able to hold accounts on the platforms you connect (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, YouTube, Threads, Pinterest, etc.).

Connected platform accounts

When you connect a social account, you authorize PostStream AI to publish content to it on your behalf via that platform's official API. You can revoke this authorization at any time, either in PostStream AI or directly on the platform.

You remain solely responsible for ensuring the content you publish complies with each connected platform's own terms of service and content policies. We are not responsible for actions a platform takes against your account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to publish content that is illegal, infringing, or that violates a connected platform's policies, and not to use the service to spam, harass, or deceive.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through Stripe. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Service availability

We aim for reliable publishing but depend on third-party platform APIs we don't control. We're not liable for failures caused by outages, rate limits, or policy changes on a connected platform.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, PostStream AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to these terms

We'll update this page if these terms change and update the date below.
